  • Recovery Academy is a structured brain retraining and nervous system regulation program for people with CFS, Long COVID, POTS, and chronic pain. It combines self-paced learning with multiple weekly live group coaching calls. Members go through a guided 30-day foundation, then access deeper training modules while receiving ongoing support from coaches who have personally recovered from these conditions.

    • Data-driven approach: Custom software tracks your recovery metrics so you can see measurable progress across different areas

    • Hands-on coaching: Multiple weekly live calls with coaches who have personally recovered and have lived experience, not just theory.

    • Community: Active peer support with a "no negative talk" policy that keeps the environment constructive

    • Caregiver integration: Dedicated support for family members, which often creates breakthrough moments when loved ones understand how to help effectively

Miguel Bautista is a former CFS patient who developed the CFS Recovery Programme after his own recovery. He has built a large online presence with hundreds of free YouTube videos, community groups and a structured paid programme designed to guide people through nervous-system retraining, lifestyle shifts and recovery practices.

  • The program has two main phases:

Phase 1: 30-Day Recovery Roadmap - A guided, day-by-day plan with short videos, simple exercises, and practical homework designed for people with brain fog and low energy.

Phase 2: Deep Dive Modules - Self-paced training on specific topics including symptom solutions, recovery roadblocks, reintegrating back into exercise/work, expansion strategies, progress cycles, and more.

Live Support: Multiple weekly 90-minute Zoom calls tailored to different stages:

    • Academy Calls (for those new to our recovery principles)

    • Integration Calls (for re-entering work, exercise, social life)

    • Caregiver Support Calls (for partners and family members)

  • WHO IT'S FOR

    • People who have tried multiple approaches (supplements, rest, other programs) but still feel stuck

    • Those who need clear structure and guidance from people who've actually recovered

    • Anyone exhausted from figuring it out alone

    • People who want to understand their nervous system, not just follow spiritual practices

    • Those ready to attend live calls and apply tools (not just watch passively)

    • Ages as early as 10 to 86 years old have successfully participated in the program

    WHO IT'S NOT FOR

    • People wanting a passive course without engaging in calls

    • Those seeking only trauma therapy or deep somatic processing

    • Anyone not ready to question old patterns

    • People triggered by structured roadmaps showing exactly what to work on

    Special populations served:

    • Young people (youngest was 10 years old)

    • Elderly (oldest was 86 years old)

    • Severe/bedridden patients

    • Caregivers/support people

    • Not visualization-based - focuses on practical nervous system regulation rather than mantras or scripts

    • No detailed nutrition plans or supplement protocols

    • You don't need to be high-functioning to start - many join with very low capacity

    • CFS Recovery typically isn't people's first program - they often work best with those who've tried other approaches and need more structured, hands-on support

    • Some participants said they appreciated the structure, accountability, and sense of community provided by the programme.

    • Some clients reported improvement in symptoms and energy, attributing progress to the mindset tools and exposure therapy techniques.

    • A few found value in Miguel’s emphasis on taking action and reframing illness identity.

    • Many appreciated the free resources (YouTube, guides, $1 intro materials, free Q&As).

    • A number of reviews highlight how frameworks for nervous-system regulation gave them clarity after years of confusion.

  • $297 per month (£240/€270) with month-to-month membership (recommended minimum 3 months for best results)

    • Free resources are extensive - including Masterclasses, guides and video content - which may allow people to access useful material without paying for the full programme.

    • Some participants report being offered free months or reduced fees in exchange for reviews or recovery videos.
