  • Hey Body, It’s Me is a gentle, insight-led virtual recovery programme designed for people living with chronic conditions. It is based in ACT teachings and Allowance.

Rather than focusing on symptom management alone, the programme centres on building a safer, more supportive relationship with the body and nervous system. It explores how long-term stress, fear, overload and patterns of self-disconnection can contribute to ongoing symptoms, and how learning to work with the body differently will support recovery.

The programme is not based on a single recovery experience. It is being developed and refined through participant experience and feedback, with the aim of creating a usable, confidence-building approach that people can adapt to their own lives.
